(a) On or about May 22, 2024, on the production floor, the Presshear machine, referred to locally as the Angle Arm Cutter, (model no. Presshear #10, Rogers Manufacturing, Inc.) the point of operation was not guarded which exposed employees to pinch-point and/or caught-in hazards.

29 CFR  1910.217(b)(4)(i): Pedal mechanism on mechanical power press full revolution clutches was not protected to prevent unintended operation from falling or moving objects or by accidental stepping onto the pedal: (a) On or about May 22, 2024, and at times prior, the Presshear machine on the production floor, referred to locally as the Angle Arm Cutter, (model no. Presshear #10, Rogers Manufacturing, Inc.) the pedal mechanism was not guarded which exposed employees to pinch-point and/or caught-in hazards.
