OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees  On or about May 30, 2024 and at times prior, at the manufacturing facility located at 315 West Skyline Rd. Arkansas City, KS,  employees engaged in manufactured home roofing activities were exposed to struck by hazards. The employer had utilized a permanent conveyor system suspended above employees to deliver shingles to the roofing area.
