29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.  On or about June 26, 2024, on the north side of the building, an employee utilized an aerial lift without adequate fall protection while performing metal wall finishing work on the exterior wall of the building.   Louis Construction Erectors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1579529, citation number1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5115 Hwy 3, Dickinson, TX 77539.
