29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures: a) Basement area of library being remodeled - 1601 Darby Rd., Havertown, PA 19083 - On or about July 15, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that a support structure was provided to protect an employee who was undermining a concrete area connected to an existing building, exposing the employee to crush hazards.
