Location: Jobsite- Roof level: 46 Sycamore Lane, TAUNTON, MA 02780  On July 30, 2024, Three employees were exposed to a fall from a height up to 20 feet to the ground while working on the roof of a residential home where fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards  Location: 46 Sycamore Lane, TAUNTON, MA 02780   On July 30, 2024 three employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 20 feet to the ground while conducting roofing activities where fall protection training was not provided to recognize and minimize fall hazards.
