29 CFR 1910.22(c):  The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces.   a)  Center Office:  On or about July 16, 2024,  several filing cabinets and  construction materials blocked an egress path, exposing employees to fire hazards and delays in egress.  b) Garage:  On or about July 16, 2024,  items such as:  yard tools, bucket, a flammable storage locker blocked an egress path, exposing employees to fire hazards and delays in egress.
