29 CFR  1910.134(m)(1): Records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 were not retained and made available in accordance with 1910.1020:  a) Pre-weigh area - On or about July 29, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure the records of medical evaluations for employees required to wear 3M half-face respirators were maintained and available at the facility.
