29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) On or about August 23, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating a circular saw and pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about August 23, 2024, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13 feet to the ground while performing carpentry work without fall protection.   b) On or about August 23, 2024, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling 8 feet to the interior of the structure while performing carpentry work without fall protection.   No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
