Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:  (a) On August 27th, 2024, and times prior, at 602 43rd Street Fargo, ND, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while working in close proximity to industrial storage racks that were not secured or anchored against toppling.  Note: Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard include but are not limited to:  1. Follow the recommendations of ANSI MH 16.1 - Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks, Sections 1.4 - Integrity of Rack Installations.  2. Follow Husky Rack & Wiring Rack Guide - Upright Capacities- Anchors must be provided per ACL-318 Appendix D.
