29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  (a) On or about 8/28/2024, at 6198 Fawn Meadows, Farmington NY 14425: Employees were installing roofing material on a house with an estimated 3.5:12 pitch roof without fall protection. Employees were exposed to falls in excess of 9 feet.

(a) On or about 8/28/2024, at 6198 Fawn Meadows, Farmington NY 14425: The employer did not have a written record of employee's fall protection training.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
