29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 09/03/2024 at a roof project located at 272 Huntington Ave in Buffalo, NY; employees were replacing the roof of a two story house. The roof had a 5 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 20 feet. There was no fall protection in use.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  Black Rock Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756723 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1550 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, New York.
