29 CFR  1910.212(a)(4):Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place:  (a) On or about September 3, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the blower department, employee(s) were operating Blower #3 in which the enclosure's observation windows were not guarded with interlock switches, allowing employee(s) to enter part of the body into the machine where they would be exposed to a rotating drum.
