29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:   a)  On or about 7/14/25:  The employer did not provide abatement certification for items within the settlement agreement required to abate Citation 01, Item 001b which became a final order on May 8, 2025.  Workers were repairing a storm damaged  roof with a 3:12 pitch and a ground to eave height of  32 feet, without having been trained by a qualified person about the hazards related to fall hazards and related protective systems and methods.  An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on June 23, 2025.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
