Workers were repairing a storm damaged roof with a 3:12 pitch and a ground to eave height of 32 feet, without having been trained by a qualified person about the hazards related to fall hazards and related protective systems and methods. An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on June 23, 2025. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
