29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) At 5516 Woodbine Road, Tractor Supply, Milton, Florida: On September 19, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to operate an aerial lift on site without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards of working from a mobile scaffold to include but not limited to inspected and the operations of the aerial lift exposing his employees to fall hazards of up to 15 feet to the ground below.
