Precisionmatics Co., Inc., 675 Highway 20, West Winfield, NY, 13491, on or about 10/9/2024; The employer did not conduct a separate periodic inspection of each energy control procedure required by 1910.147(c)(4) to ensure that the energy control procedure is adequate and is being properly implemented by the authorized employees in accordance with the LOTO standard.  Abatement certification is required.
