29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.   Building 861: On and/or before October 16, 2024, and at times prior to, the employees conducted restroom cleaning and disinfecting tasks with Professional Lysol Disinfectant Toilet Bowl Cleaner. The area in front of the plumbed eyewash station was not kept clear for employees to use in the event of an emergency for a quick drenching and flushing of their eyes and face. This condition potentially exposed the employees to chemical hazards.
