29 CFR  1910.178(m)(5)(i): Powered industrial trucks were left unattended without the load engaging means lowered, controls neutralized, and the power was not shut off:  Building 864, In front of eyewash station: On or about October 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the forks on a Cascade Sideshifter were lowered before being left unattended and parked in front of an eyewash station. This condition potentially exposed employees to trip hazards when trying to access the eyewash station.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  Building 861, Northeast Corner: On or about October 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a portable fire extinguisher remained unobstructed and readily accessible to employees. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.
