29 CFR  1960.30(a):The agency shall ensure the prompt abatement of unsafe and unhealthful conditions. Where a Notice of an Unsafe or Unhealthful Working Condition has been issued, abatement shall be within the time set forth in the notice, or in accordance with the established abatement plan.  Building 305 HVAC system basement floor was not operational and presented unsafe and unhealthful working conditions.
