29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential solar panel installation 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  Hytech Home Performance, LLC - Jobsite: 110-24 177th Street Jamaica, NY.  a) Employees installing solar panels on a steep residential roof were exposed to fall hazards approximately 25 feet to the ground below. The employees were not protected by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems; on or about 11/5/2024.   Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
