29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Worksite 141 Glen Head Road. Glen Cove, NY- An employee on site was scraping roofing shingles on a roof and was exposed to falling approximately 20 ft to the ground below without being protected by a means of fall protection; on or about 6/24/2025.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.  Hytech Home Performance, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1785708, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/8/2025 , with respect to a workplace located at 110-24 177th Street, Jamaica, NY, 11433.  Hytech Home Performance, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1786283, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/3/2025 , with respect to a workplace located at 49-29 Annadale Lane, Little Neck, NY, 11362.
