29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a)  At 18360 Aden Drive, Lot 17 The Ridge At Robertsdale, Robertsdale, Alabama:  On November 13, 2024; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to access the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access  exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 11 inches to the ground below.
