29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Facility Employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, carbon monoxide which is a product of combustion of the natural gas powered boiler. On 11/18/2024 and 11/19/2024, employees were exposed to carbon monoxide due to a malfunction of the boiler. Violation occurred on or about 11/18/2024.
