29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided:   a - 4 South Hill Drive, Trenton NJ - On or about 11/20/24 a worker, not supplied with head protection, was exposed to struck by hazards when working beneath and supplying these workers (while beneath them) with roofing equipment and materials.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- 4 South Hill Drive, Trenton NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet 1 inch to the ground's surface below, when performing roof shingle rip, tear, and replace activities from a residential structure's pitched while not using protection.   Condition observed on or about 11/20/24.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    a- 4 South Hill Drive, Trenton NJ:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet 1 inch to ground surface, when accessing to and egressing from a residential structure's pitched roof while using a portable, unsecured, aluminum extension ladder whose side rails extended approximately 12 inches above the surface being accessed to and egressed from.  Condition noted on or about 11/20/24.
