29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a). On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals that could cause skin irritation, eye irritation, or blindness. The employer failed to ensure the adequate eyewash station was provided for corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, the 710Spirits Denatured Alcohol (Extraction Grade Alcohol) utilized during extraction processes. 710 Spirits Alcohol is Category 2 corrosive for Skin and Eye Irritation.

On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that tight-fitting respirators utilized by employees were properly stored to protect them from contamination, dust, or damaging chemicals.
