29 CFR  1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c).   On or about November 25th, 2024 Location: 819 Hardscrabble Rd, Chappaqua, NY 10514  a)  Employee was exposed to trench wall collapse due to lack of proper shoring.  Employee carried out work inside an approx. 7ft-deep trench made of almost straight up walls composed disturbed soil.
