29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  New residential construction located on 242 Sheryl Way, Loganville, GA 30052: On or about 12/02/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, 2 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in siding installation activities using a pump jack scaffold system.
