29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On and about December 3, 2024,  the employer did not  provide a plumbed eye wash station and emergency shower to employees who were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Nitric Acid, Reagent (ACS). QC employees use the acid to etch on various parts in order to see the pattern.
