29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards:  a) Yard located at 601 Thomas Avenue, Little Egg Harbor Twp, NJ 08087:  On December 9, 2024, an employee was operating the stockpile conveyor via a remote control, attempting to align the machine parallel to the two parked crushing machines in preparation for transport. The employee position himself between one of the stationary crushing machines and the moving conveyor, creating a pinch point. As a result, the employee died from crushing injuries to his chest.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
