29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Production- On or about December 11, 2024, the employer did not ensure that equipment, such as a light switch, was used in accordance with the instructions included in the listing or labeling.  A light switch was used as the power switch on the Three Mill Roller in place of a mechanical switch.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
