29 CFR  1910.106(e)(6)(ii):Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected:  a) Press Area - On or about 12/18/24, Autoclave WHT FLX/GVR Ink (flash point < 73 deg F) was first transferred from a 5-gallon metal bucket to an approximate 3 gallon plastic bucket; then transferred to a one gallon plastic bucket and then transferred to the metal paint tray on Press 200.  The containers were not electrically interconnected with bonding and grounding to prevent discharge of static electricity.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
