29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle.  On or around December 10, 2024, while working in the southwest part of the manufacturing plant, an employee was making auto parts on an unguarded press brake.  RKI, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1580205, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/08/2022 with respect to a workplace located at 2301 Central Parkway, Houston, TX 77092.
