29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): Energy control procedures shall clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:  On or about December 18, 2025, at a facility located at 502 E Linden Street in Abbotsford, WI; the employer's energy control procedure titled, "Equipment-Specific Lockout/Tagout Procedure for Sanitation" for the Oven Room 2 Spiral Oven did not clearly and specifically address:  a) The specific procedural steps addressing the thermal (heat) energy source by implementing a waiting period or other methods to allow components to cool down prior to sanitation, maintenance, and/or servicing activities.  b) The specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, and securing either the manual gas valve and/or the Siemens gas valve controlled by the computer system utilized by employees during the sanitation, maintenance, and/or servicing activities.  c)  The specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, and securing the steam energy isolating devices utilized by employees during the sanitation, maintenance, and/or servicing activities.
