29 CFR 1926.501(b)(12): Each employee engaged in the erection of precast concrete members (including, but not limited to the erection of wall panels, columns, beams and floor and roof "tees") and related operations such as grouting of precast concrete members, who is 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A) WZ Masonry, LLC. - Near 231 Main Street, North Brunswick, NJ 08902 - Employees engaged in laying precast concrete CMU blocks 4 to 4.5 stories above lower level without any means of fall protection measures in place were exposed to fall hazards of approx. 48.7'. Condition noted on December 30, 2024
