29 CFR 1910.242(b): The employer did not ensure that air guns supplying compressed air, used for cleaning purposes, were reduced to less than 30 pounds per square inch (p.s.i):  (a)Preform Solutions, Inc. at 3801 North 4th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to January 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the Blue Point air nozzle used for cleaning purposes was regulated so as not to exceed 30 p.s.i, located in the injection molding area between line 1 and line 2.   This condition exposed employees to embolisms, hearing damage, and eye and body injuries from flying debris.  (b)Preform Solutions, Inc. at 3801 North 4th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to January 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the Blue Point air nozzle used for cleaning purposes was regulated so as not to exceed 30 p.s.i, located in the injection molding area between line 1 and line 2.
