29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer shall fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.  a)3136 Morris Hills Drive, Homesite 13, Front Yard:  On or about 01/29/2025, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards due to silica exposure from using a Bauer 14" Abrasive Cut Off Saw, to dry cut General Shale Bricks  without any engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection as described in Table-1.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:   a) Front Yard, Homesite 13, 3136 Morris Hills Dr, Dacula, GA 30019: On or about 01/29/2025, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that a orange 25-ft. electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
