This was most recently documented on or about January 30, 2025 at a construction jobsite located at or about 9416 South 87th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employee(s) were working on the roof of a residential structure. The employee(s) were installing shingles while working at a height of approximately 11 feet 0 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 30, 2025 at a construction jobsite located at or about 9416 South 87th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.  The employer has inadequately trained employees on fall protection who were installing shingles while working at heights greater than ten feet without the use of fall protection.
