29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Under-construction commercial building roof structure, east side; On or about January 29, 2025, employee(s) working from the bottom chords of metal-connected wood trusses to install bracing members were not protected from falls of up to 12-feet, 8-inches above ground-level.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Under-construction commercial building roof structure, east side; On or about January 30, 2025, employees working from a partially-constructed rooftop to install structural sheathing over open web wood trusses, spaced 24 inches on-center, were not protected from fall hazards at leading edges where distances to ground-level ranged between 14-feet to 20-feet.
