29 CFR 1926.452(k)(1): Platforms shall not exceed a height of 20 feet (6.1 m):  a) On or about January 28, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure that ladder jack scaffolds erected for roofing activities did not exceed a platform height of twenty (20) feet. The ladder jack scaffolds used by employees had platform heights of twenty-one (21) feet eleven (11) inches and twenty (20) feet seven (7) inches above the ground.
