29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about February 25, 2025 at the worksite located at 8970 W State Road 84, Davie, FL 33324, at the back of the building, an employee was exposed to ejection and fall hazards while working from the platform of a JLG articulating boom lift (Model #450 AJ, Serial # 0300285072) at a height of 13.7 foot without being protected from falling.  b) On or about February 25, 2025 at the worksite located at 8970 W State Road 84, Davie, FL 33324,at the front of the building, an employee was exposed to ejection and fall hazards while working from the platform of a JLG Telescopic boom lift (Model #400S, Serial # 0300225110) at a height of 13 foot without being protected from falling.
