29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) At 5826 Montgomery Highway, Luverne, AL - NX5A; On or about March 5, 2025 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crush-by hazards in that employees were required to enter robotic cells with robots to clean equipment inside the cell without requiring the employees to utilize the energy control procedure that would secure all hazardous energy sources.  b) At 5826 Montgomery Highway, Luverne, AL - MX5A; On or about March 5, 2025 and at time prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crush-by hazards in that employees were required to enter robotic cells with spot welding robots to clean equipment inside the machine without requiring the employees to utilize the energy control procedure that would secure all hazardous energy sources.
