29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:  a) Worksite 6 Ridgeview Lane, Huntington, NY, 11743- Employee(s) were exposed to amputation hazards when using an unguarded  Delta 10" Table Saw to rip  pieces of 3/4" Birch while installing wainscoting panels; on or about February 17, 2025.   b) Worksite 6 Ridgeview Lane, Huntington, NY, 11743- Employee(s) were exposed to amputation hazards when using an unguarded Delta Table Saw to rip 3/4" molding while framing for door installation; on or about March 7, 2025.  Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
