29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the business, located at 4618 E. Central Ave. in Wichita, Kansas, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets to address their chemicals such as Bleach, which may cause burns and irritation to respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract, severe eye damage, and severe skin irritation.
