Wheels were not blocked when trucks were parked on an incline:  (a) On or about March 26, 2025, on the ramp outside the IMF Pattern Rigging Building of the jobsite; employee(s) operated powered industrial trucks and wheel blocks were not utilized while parking on ramps or sloped surfaces located throughout the exterior and interior of the worksite.
