29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   Facility-wide:  On or about April 10, 2025, the employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a written hazard communication program at the workplace that included providing the SDS (g) and training (h) for the petroleum-based coolant, Rustlick (Product Code: Rustlick? WS-500A) when a new process required the employees to use the coolant while cutting and grinding that resulted in frequent contact with the skin from splashing."

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  Facility-wide:  On or about April 10, 2025, employees were not provided with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. After introducing a new metal super duplex chromium workpiece into the workplace, the employer did not provide employees with information and training on the hazardous exposures associated with the material and the corresponding coolant that required frequent contact with the hazardous distillates (petroleum), Hydrotreated Heavy naphthenic chemical coolant that causes skin and respiratory irritation.
