29 CFR  1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI):  Location: 2300 Southern Blvd. Bronx, NY  a) On or about April 17, 2025, the employer did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for employees who welded stainless steel metal exposing them to chromium (VI).  NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.1026(l)(1): The employer did not ensure that all employees who were assigned to workplaces where there was exposure to chromium (VI) were provided with information and training as required by the Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200:  Location: 2300 Southern Blvd. Bronx, NY  a) On or about April 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure that all employees who were assigned to perform welding on stainless steel were provided with information and training related to hazards associated with chromium (VI).  NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
