On or about April 24, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential siding operations, nine (9') feet four (4") inch above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b. On or about April 24, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential siding operations, nine (9') feet four (4") inch above the ground, while accessing and egressing a portable A frame ladder was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
