29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees had not previously been trained was introduced into their work area. Information and training not included not covered were related to categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals:  a.	The employer did not provide adequate hazard communication training related to the chemical hazards associated with incompatibility, adequate storage of chemicals, personal protective equipment necessary to prevent safety and health injury, and measures required to minimize actual exposure / contact.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): The employer did not provide training in the measures employees could take to protect themselves from hazards related to physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust and pyrophoric gas hazards as well as hazards not otherwise classified, which included the specific procedures the required to implemented and protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used:  a.	The employer did not adequately train employees in utilization of personal protective equipment such as but not limited to impervious gloves, chemical splash goggles / full face shield, and chemically protective boots while handling (1) hydrogen peroxide, (2) nitric acid, (3) potassium nitrate, (4) Pestell zinc sulphate, and (5) magnesium sulfate.  b.	The employer did not adequately train employees in utilization of personal protective equipment such as but not limited adequate eye protection when handling (1) hydrogen peroxide, (2) nitric acid, (3) calcium nitrate, (4) potassium nitrate, (5) Agsil, (6) Pestell zinc sulphate, (7) magnesium sulfate, (8) zinc sulphate monohyrdrate, (9) potassium bicarbonate, (10) muriate of potash, and (11) potassium chloride.  c.	The employer did not adequately train employees in utilization of personal protective equipment such as but not limited adequate hand protection when handling (1) hydrogen peroxide, (2) nitric acid, (3) calcium nitrate, (4) potassium nitrate, (5) Agsil, (6) Pestell zinc sulphate, (7) magnesium sulfate, (8) potassium bicarbonate, (9) muriate of potash and (10) potassium chloride.  d.  The employer did not adequately train employees in the emergency procedures such as suitable flushing facilities when handling components such as but not limited to (1) hydrogen peroxide, (2) nitric acid, (3) calcium nitrate, and Pestell zinc sulphate.
