29 CFR  1910.141(a)(3)(i):Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed:  a) At 11317 Abercorn Street Savannah, GA 31419 in room 226: On or about May 23, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazard of mold in work spaces exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma, and other health conditions. The employer did not implement adequate measures to prevent active mold growth in the building.  b)  At 11317 Abercorn Street Savannah, GA 31419 in room 210: On or about May 23, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazard of mold in work spaces exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma, and other health conditions. The employer did not implement adequate measures to prevent active mold growth in the building.  c)  At 11317 Abercorn Street Savannah, GA 31419 in room 113: On or about May 23, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazard of mold in work spaces exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma, and other health conditions. The employer did not implement adequate measures to prevent active mold growth in the building.  d) At 11317 Abercorn Street Savannah, GA 31419 in room 105: On or about May 23, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazard of mold in work spaces exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma, and other health conditions. The employer did not implement adequate measures to prevent active mold growth in the building.  e)  At 11317 Abercorn Street Savannah, GA 31419 in room 101: On or about May 23, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazard of mold in work spaces exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma, and other health conditions. The employer did not implement adequate measures to prevent active mold growth in the building.  h)  At 11317 Abercorn Street Savannah, GA 31419 in the laundry room: On or about May 23, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazard of mold in work spaces exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma, and other health conditions. The employer did not implement adequate measures to prevent active mold growth in the building.  i)  At 11317 Abercorn Street Savannah, GA 31419 in the storage room/meeting room: On or about May 23, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazard of mold in work spaces exposing employees to potential onset of allergic reactions, asthma attacks, and exacerbation or aggravation of allergies, asthma, and other health conditions.
