29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided:  Register 2 - The uncovered electrical receptacle contained exposed live electrical parts.  Petco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1569486, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6137 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Saint Charles, MO, 63304.
