29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i): 29 CFR 1904.41(a)(1)(i):  The employer, with an establishment of 20-249 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and in an industry listed in appendix A of 29 CFR 1904 Subpart E, did not electronically submit information from the OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA, or OSHA's designee, no later than the date listed in 29 CFR 1904.41(c) of the year after the calendar year covered by the form:   a) 7528 Easton Road Ottsville Pa, 18942 - On or about June 25, 2025,  the employer failed to electronically submit information from their OSHA form 300A or equivalent by March 2,  2025 for calendar year 2024.  The establishment employed 21 employees during calendar year 2024.
